Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3689D2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3689D2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher MIR3689D2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3689D2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THCA, HNSC, and MESO are the cancer types where MIR3689D2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
