Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3677 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,130 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3677-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with MIR3677 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3677-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3677 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by MIR3677-low versus MIR3677-high in DLBC.
