Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3663HG RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of MIR3663HG’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where MIR3663HG RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types MIR3663HG is over-expressed in tumor.
LUSC are the cancer types where MIR3663HG tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
