MIR362

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR362 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR362-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1102P, ZNF385D-AS2, and LINC01375. Each is linked with MIR362 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR362-to-partner and partner-to-MIR362 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR362→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR362) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
