Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3616 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3616 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher MIR3616 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3616 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and ESCA show a favorable association.
KICH, HNSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where MIR3616 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
