Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3611 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,090 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3611-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Methylation, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with MIR3611 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3611-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3611 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by MIR3611-low versus MIR3611-high in COAD.
