Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR324 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR324 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MIR324 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR324 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
ACC, PRAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where MIR324 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
