Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR323A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR323A data layer compared with 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher MIR323A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR323A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LUAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where MIR323A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
