Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR320D2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR320D2 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MIR320D2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR320D2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
BRCA, OV, and TGCT are the cancer types where MIR320D2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
