Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR320D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,684 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR320D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are N-terminal protein amino acid acetylation, Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, and Positive regulation of DNA methylation-dependent heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with MIR320D1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR320D1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR320D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
