Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3201 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,310 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3201-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Regulation of lymphoid progenitor cell differentiation, and AMP metabolic process. Each is linked with MIR3201 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3201-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3201 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway grouped by MIR3201-low versus MIR3201-high in STAD.
