Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,774 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere capping, Protein retention in Golgi apparatus, and Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation. Each is linked with MIR32 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR32-to-partner and partner-to-MIR32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
