Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3199-1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3199-1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MIR3199-1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3199-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and BRCA show a favorable association.
CESC, BRCA, and UVM are the cancer types where MIR3199-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
