Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3192 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3192 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher MIR3192 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3192 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCS show a favorable association.
KICH, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where MIR3192 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
