MIR3186

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3186 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,140 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3186-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, DNA biosynthetic process, and Centriole assembly. Each is linked with MIR3186 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3186-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3186 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule polymerization grouped by MIR3186-low versus MIR3186-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3186→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3186) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
