MIR3179-4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3179-4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3179-4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSZ, ATAD3A, and SNRNP200. Each is linked with MIR3179-4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3179-4-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3179-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTSZ grouped by MIR3179-4-low versus MIR3179-4-high in LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3179-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3179-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
