MIR3176

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3176 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,134 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3176-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cytoskeleton organization, Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, and Facultative heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with MIR3176 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3176-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3176 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cytoskeleton organization grouped by MIR3176-low versus MIR3176-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3176→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3176) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
