Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3174 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,039 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3174-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, Endosomal transport, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with MIR3174 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3174-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3174 results are reported.
