Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3173 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,068 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3173-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acylation, Protein acetylation, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with MIR3173 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3173-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3173 results are reported.
