Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3170 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,339 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3170-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule deacylation, Negative regulation of mRNA processing, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with MIR3170 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3170-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3170 results are reported.
