MIR3161

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3161 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,746 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3161-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with MIR3161 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3161-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3161 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway grouped by MIR3161-low versus MIR3161-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3161→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3161) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
