The most reproducible MIR3149-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA metabolic process, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with MIR3149 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3149-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3149 results are reported.
