Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3143 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3143 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MIR3143 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3143 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and ESCA show a favorable association.
UVM, LIHC, and OV are the cancer types where MIR3143 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
