MIR3142HG

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3142HG RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3142HG data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR3142HG RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3142HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, PAAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where MIR3142HG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
