Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3141 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,643 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3141-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translesion synthesis, Respiratory electron transport chain, and Modulation by host of viral genome replication. Each is linked with MIR3141 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3141-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3141 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Translesion synthesis grouped by MIR3141-low versus MIR3141-high in STAD.
