MIR3134

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3134 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,257 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR3134-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with MIR3134 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3134-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3134 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance grouped by MIR3134-low versus MIR3134-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3134→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3134) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
