Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3123 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3123 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher MIR3123 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3123 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, STAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where MIR3123 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
