Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3122 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3122 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MIR3122 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3122 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UCS show a favorable association.
KIRP, UCEC, and CHOL are the cancer types where MIR3122 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
