Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3118-3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3118-3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher MIR3118-3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3118-3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LAML and THYM are the cancer types where MIR3118-3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
