Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3118-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 285 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3118-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF628, L3MBTL2, and DDHD1. Each is linked with MIR3118-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3118-2-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3118-2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF628 grouped by MIR3118-2-low versus MIR3118-2-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR3118-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR3118-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
