Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR30E RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR30E data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MIR30E RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR30E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, LUSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where MIR30E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
