MIR2909

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR2909 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,141 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR2909-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, and Protein acylation. Each is linked with MIR2909 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR2909-to-partner and partner-to-MIR2909 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chromosome organization grouped by MIR2909-low versus MIR2909-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR2909→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR2909) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
