MIR27A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR27A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,108 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR27A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter in response to stress, Obsolete regulation of DNA-templated transcription in response to stress, and Focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with MIR27A in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR27A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR27A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
