MIR25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,367 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEPCE, SMARCA5, and GTF2I. Each is linked with MIR25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR25-to-partner and partner-to-MIR25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
