MIR221

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR221 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,908 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR221-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR222HG, SNORD63B, and NEAT1. Each is linked with MIR221 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR221-to-partner and partner-to-MIR221 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR221→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR221) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
