MIR221

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR221 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,233 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR221-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUBB6, C1R, and DPYD. Each is linked with MIR221 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR221-to-partner and partner-to-MIR221 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR221→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR221) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
