Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR221 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR221-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1123P, NDUFS6P1, and RN7SKP132. Each is linked with MIR221 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR221-to-partner and partner-to-MIR221 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR221→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR221) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
