MIR205

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR205 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,212 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR205-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP63, FRMD6_S544, and S100A11. Each is linked with MIR205 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR205-to-partner and partner-to-MIR205 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR205 versus TP63 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR205→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR205) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
