Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR202HG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,029 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR202HG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of growth, ATP biosynthetic process, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with MIR202HG in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR202HG-to-partner and partner-to-MIR202HG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of growth grouped by MIR202HG-low versus MIR202HG-high in ESCA.
