Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR193BHG RNA is linked to patient survival in 29 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR193BHG data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MIR193BHG RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR193BHG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LAML show a favorable association.
UVM, KIRC, and MESO are the cancer types where MIR193BHG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
