The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MIR1915HG RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1915HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THYM show a favorable association.
UVM, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MIR1915HG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
