The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR154 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR154 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and COAD are the cancer types where MIR154 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
