MIR147A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR147A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,612 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR147A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor production, Negative regulation of amyloid precursor protein biosynthetic process, and Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization. Each is linked with MIR147A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR147A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR147A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR147A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR147A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
