Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR145 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,635 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR145-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, SMTN, and RAI14. Each is linked with MIR145 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR145-to-partner and partner-to-MIR145 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR145 versus PRKG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR145→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR145) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
