Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR138-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR138-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM53BP, MIR199B, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with MIR138-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR138-1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR138-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR138-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR138-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
