Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR1343 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,672 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR1343-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition, Obsolete regulation of histone acetylation, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with MIR1343 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR1343-to-partner and partner-to-MIR1343 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition grouped by MIR1343-low versus MIR1343-high in ESCA.
