Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR1302-6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR1302-6 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR1302-6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1302-6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, STAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where MIR1302-6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
