Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR1302-3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR1302-3 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MIR1302-3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1302-3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and LGG show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where MIR1302-3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
