The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MIR1298 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1298 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, HNSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where MIR1298 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
