Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR1275 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR1275 data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher MIR1275 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR1275 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where MIR1275 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
